昨日，作为惠州三星电子有限公司重要供应商——— 惠州海格科技有限公司正式对外界宣布，针对CLW（中国劳工观察）在互联网上发布的关于海格科技雇佣童工的不实言论，考虑到此番言论对企业形象所带来的严重损害，该公司向当地法院正式提起诉讼。

今年8月28日，CLW 在《海格调查报告书》一文中声称海格科技雇佣了10名以上的童工，但这并非事实。在CLW的调查报告见诸互联网之后，海格科技立即和三星电子组成联合调查小组进行彻底的调查，最终调查结果显示：CLW所说的童工，并非该公司的员工，之前也未曾在该公司工作过。惠州政府当局进行的调查也确认，该公司并没有雇佣过这些童工。

9月23日，海格科技召开新闻发布会，公布了上述调查结果，郑重指出CLW调查报告中的内容与事实不符，该公司并没有雇佣过童工，希望CLW能承认报告中的不实言论，并对该公司进行公开道歉。但到目前为止，尚未得到对方的任何回应。

海格科技表示，CLW报告中的虚假言论，对该公司的企业形象造成了巨大的损害，使得公司面临失去客户及全体员工信赖的重大风险。为此，海格科技最终决定提起诉讼，希望通过法律的途径讨回企业的清白。东江时报 记者 黄岸媚
